At Greystones Medical Centre we take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.

We run clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and NHS Health Checks.

As a patient at Greystones Medical Centre your named and accountable GP will be Dr Richard Benn.

**Online Appointments and e-Prescriptions**

As a patient st Greystones we can offer you certain services online, making life a little easier for you. There are options to book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and nominate a pharmacy so your medicine will be ready to collect without you having to come into surgery to collect the prescription. You can also view a summary of your medical record.

To complete the process we require a photographic ID and a signed consent form which is available on the link below:

NHS Friends & Family Test

At Greystones Medical Centre we want to hear your opinion of the service we provide. We would be grateful if you could fill in a very brief questionnaire using the link to the right. Your response will be treated confidentially.

Record Sharing

In order to deliver the best integrated health and social care services to you, we share relevant personal data between professionals involved in your care. This means sharing records between your GP, primary care, hospitals, out-of-hours, ambulance services (111 and 999) and other health and social care organisations including the Local Authority.
Sharing your record helps us to ensure you receive the safest, most appropriate care for you, and reduces the need for you to repeatedly tell your story. Please follow the link for further information.
